Our recipe management engine (RME) is directly tied to our point-of-sale (POS) system. The RME helps us create product consistency, by immediately responding to guests’ custom orders and adjusting the recipe to help team members blend the right product each time.
Smoothie Bar
Our smoothie bar is crucial to all other operations. Every guest’s smoothie is blended to order using high-quality ingredients, including whole mangoes, bananas, carrots, kale, almonds and wild blueberries, as well as a wide range of nutritional supplements. High-powered Vitamix blenders are designed to produce the perfect smoothie every time.
