As a franchisee, you will have access to our comprehensive intranet for all your operational, training, and support needs.
Of course, we don’t stop there. We’ll also back you up with ongoing support. From your very first day as a Smoothie King franchise owner, you’ll have the full support of over 1350 stores and our Smoothie King Corporate Team. You’ll always have someone ready to answer any questions you may have. And we’ll always be there to help you make your business the best.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING - IN FOUR PHASES
Phase 1 | OrientationIn this one-day introductory session at Smoothie King headquarters in Dallas, TX, we will introduce you to the Smoothie King system, our sustainable culture, and pre-opening procedures. We will discuss budgets, business planning, financing, site selection, construction, and the equipment ordering process.
Phase 2 | Management Training
Next is our required, 4-week management training program. This takes place every month, 3 weeks at a certified training store and 1 week at our Dallas headquarters. This comprehensive, hands-on course will familiarize you with our core product knowledge and our operational systems.
Phase 3 | Store Opening
We’ll send one of our Store Openers out to your location for up to five days to train you and your team members. Together, you will learn general store procedures as we cover topics required for the opening and successful operation of your store.
