Kitchen: No hoods, no fryers
Parking: 3 to 6 immediate parking spaces with excellent visibility and access
Population: 30K in a 7-minute drive time. or accessible trade area
Co-tenancy: Grocery stores, fitness, power centers, national QSRs, and service-oriented retailers
Multi-Day Part Traffic: 20K cars per day (Breakfast, lunch, Afternoon snack)
