Because we've found thorough training is a huge key to a Franchisee's success, we'll give you complete training on all things Smoothie King. Of course, we don't stop there. We'll also back you up with ongoing support. From your very first day as a Smoothie King Franchisee, you'll have the full support of over 700 stores, and our Smoothie King Corporate Team. You'll always have someone ready to answer any questions you may have. And we'll always be there to help you make your business the best.
In this one-day, introductory session, at Smoothie King headquarters, in Metairie, LA, you'll be introduced the Smoothie King system, culture and pre-opening procedures. Topics include budgets, business planning, financing, site selection, construction, and ordering equipment.
Next, is our mandatory, 11-day management training program. This takes place every month, in our Training Center, in Metairie, LA. This comprehensive, hands-on course will familiarize you with our core product knowledge and our operational systems.
We'll send one of our Store Openers out to your location for seven days to train you and your team members. You and your team will learn general store procedures and systems, ordering, budgeting, proper cleaning, as well as opening and closing procedures. The topics covered are required for the opening and operation of your new store.
