You are awarded the license to use Smoothie King's name, trademark, proprietary information, exclusive operating system, training procedures, volume buying power and all other aspects of the franchise system.
In addition to your initial orientation, you will receive 12 days of comprehensive training at the corporate training and test center in Metairie, LA and seven days of on-site training at your location. The training covers the important aspects of owning and operating a Smoothie King franchise and includes operational, marketing, nutritional and guest service classes. You also receive hands-on training behind the smoothie bar and on the sales floor.
By utilizing volume-buying power, Smoothie King is able to secure lower prices for its franchisees by negotiating discounts and services from national vendors. Smoothie King products are purchased directly from our approved suppliers and distributors.
As a Smoothie King franchisee, you are provided with marketing training, a user-friendly marketing manual, promotions and merchandising assistance. The marketing department also coordinates seasonal campaigns that are designed to attract and retain guests.
You will receive ongoing operational and marketing support, in-store evaluations and business training classes. Our training center has more than 60 team members staffing 15 different departments.
