Terms:
- Minimum 15 Store Development Agreement
- Sub-Franchise rights are not included in the initial 15 Store Development Agreement
- Consideration for sub-franchising will be given to organizations with prior franchising experience
- Royalty Rate typically at 4%

Qualifications:
- Net Worth - Proportional to number of stores in Store Development Agreement
- Excellent credit
- Experience
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in health and nutrition
- Experience in retail, food service and/or restaurant industry
- Experience in multi-unit operations
- Extensive knowledge of Territory
